All eCards are processed within 24 to 72 hours after course completion and submission of required documentation.
Please allow up to 3 full business days before submitting an inquiry regarding your eCard.
If you have not received your eCard after 72 hours, you may follow up by support@cprmobileinstructors.com with your full name, class date, and course type.
Instructor Alignment Disclaimer – CPR Mobile Instructors
All instructors must submit completed course forms on Enrollware:
• Skills checklist for BLS and/or Heartsaver, BLS exam (for BLS classes only).
• Skills checklist & scenario for ACLS course completion.
Post class on Enrollware: Class time, date, hours, and location.
eCard processing: Please allow 24–72 hours for eCard distribution after paperwork is submitted.
Instructors must allocate all eCards after each class.
Unallocated eCards will prevent the purchase of additional cards.
