These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("Participant") and the Company governing the use of the Company website ("Website") and all services, courses, classes, group training sessions, materials, and related offerings (collectively, "Services"). By accessing the Website or registering for any Service, Participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Website and Services
1.1 Eligibility
Participant must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, to register for any Service. By registering, Participant certifies that they meet all eligibility requirements.
1.2 Account and Information Accuracy
Participant agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and acknowledges that the Company may refuse or cancel registration if information provided is false or incomplete.

2. Payments & Billing
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The Company accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration.
2.2 Authorization
By submitting payment information, Participant authorizes the Company to charge the provided payment method for all fees associated with the selected Service.
2.3 Refunds
Refunds shall only be issued in accordance with the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy set forth herein.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
3.1 Individual Courses and Classes

Cancellations must be submitted no less than twenty‑four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellations made within twenty‑four (24) hours or any failure to attend will result in the full session fee being charged.

Rescheduling requests made within twenty‑four (24) hours of the scheduled session require a non-refundable $25 rescheduling fee and are subject to availability.

3.2 Group Courses and Classes

Group bookings must be canceled no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days are non-refundable.

4. Course Completion Policy
4.1 Completion Requirement
All Services must be completed within sixty (60) days from the original registration date.
4.2 Expiration
Any incomplete or unused portion of a Service after the sixty‑day period is considered expired, invalid, and non-refundable.
4.3 Re-Registration Requirement
Participants must re-register and pay full applicable fees to enroll in a new course or class after expiration.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership
All content, materials, training resources, trademarks, images, and media provided through the Website or during Services are the sole and exclusive property of the Company and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
5.2 Restrictions on Use
Participant may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Company materials without explicit written authorization.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that:

Services will meet Participant’s expectations;

Website access will be uninterrupted or error-free;

Training outcomes are guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

Participation in Services;

Decisions or actions based on training content.
Participant’s sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Website or Services is to discontinue use.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Participant’s submission of personal information is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy. By using the Website, Participant consents to data practices described therein.
9. Compliance With Laws
Participant agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws in connection with use of the Website and participation in Services.
10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Revisions are effective upon posting to the Website unless otherwise stated.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in courts located within that jurisdiction.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. AHA (American Heart Association) Compliance Requirements
14.1 AHA Training Program Compliance
If the Company provides American Heart Association (AHA)–aligned or AHA-authorized training courses, Participant acknowledges that:

The Company adheres to all AHA Program Administration Manual (PAM) requirements applicable to training centers, instructors, and course delivery.

Participation in AHA-authorized courses is subject to AHA standards, guidelines, and administrative policies.

The AHA does not certify, endorse, or guarantee Participant competence—certification is granted solely upon successful completion of required course components.
14.2 AHA Intellectual Property Restrictions
Participant acknowledges that all AHA course materials, videos, logos, manuals, and related content are the intellectual property of the American Heart Association and may not be reproduced, photographed, videotaped, distributed, altered, or uploaded online without the explicit written consent of the AHA.
14.3 AHA Course Completion Requirements
For AHA-authorized courses:

Participant must complete all required skills evaluations, written exams, and practice components as dictated by AHA guidelines.

Failure to complete mandatory AHA course elements within specified timelines shall result in forfeiture of course credit, without refund.
14.4 AHA Certification Cards
AHA eCards or certification cards:

Are issued only upon full compliance with AHA course completion requirements.

Are non-transferable and may not be altered or reproduced.

May be revoked by the Company or the AHA in cases of fraud, misconduct, or violation of AHA policies.
14.5 AHA Policy Changes
The American Heart Association may modify its training standards at any time. The Company shall implement such changes as required, and Participant agrees to comply with any updated standards as a condition of participation.

Participant acknowledges that participation involves inherent risks and assumes full responsibility for any injuries sustained during participation.
17.2 Medical Limitations
Participant is responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of safely completing course requirements. The Company is not responsible for adverse reactions or medical conditions arising during training.
17.3 Release of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Participant releases the Company, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from liability for:
