Passionate About Inspiring Others
Jaye Raynor is the heart and vision behind CPR Mobile Instructors, a community-centered company dedicated to teaching life-saving skills that make a real difference. Her mission is simple but powerful: to ensure that every person, family, and organization has the confidence and knowledge to take action in an emergency.

With a strong background in healthcare and emergency response, Jaye has spent years helping others learn how to save lives. She is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Community Health Worker (CHW), as well as a certified AHA, HSI, and ARC Instructor, teaching courses in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, First Aid, Narcan Administration, and Active Shooter Response. Jaye also holds certifications as a Department of Transportation (DOT) Instructor and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Trainer. Through her leadership, CPR Mobile Instructors offers a wide range of accessible, hands-on training programs designed to empower individuals, workplaces, and communities to respond with confidence when every second counts.
Jaye’s teaching style goes far beyond the classroom. She creates a welcoming, encouraging environment where students of all backgrounds feel supported as they learn. Her sessions are filled with energy, compassion, and a genuine desire to see people succeed. Whether she’s training healthcare professionals, community leaders, teachers, or families, Jaye leads with patience, clarity, and care—making complex information easy to understand and apply.
What truly sets Jaye apart is her heart for service. As a former foster child turned foster parent, she knows firsthand the power of compassion, resilience, and giving back. She works closely with schools, churches, nonprofits, and local organizations to make safety training accessible and affordable for everyone. Through both CPR Mobile Instructors and her role as Founder of Alpha Gamma Phi Nu Sorority, Jaye continues to build safer, stronger, and more connected communities—one class, one student, and one life at a time.
